Forage Fed Berkshire Pork: cuts

We joke our Berkshire hogs eat better than we do. We start their diet with a soy free, non-gmo ration. They get our homegrown fodder and spent brewers grain from a local microbrewery daily. The part that makes us jealous is they get to enjoy fresh farmers market goodies. Local farmers love to share their abundance with them. Just call them your friendly neighborhood composters!
