This is the initial deposit. Final amount will be calculated and collected right before your beef ships out. 

The 1/8 Beef is the perfect package for trying out our different cuts, or topping off your ‘at home’ beef supply.

So if this is your first order with us, it's a great way to taste test our beef (warning, you'll wish you ordered more!!!).  

The 1/8 Beef package fits in a standard size fridge/freezer combo (takes up about 2.5 cubic feet of space, see infographic below).

Working with the standard (and exceptional!) cuts from our craft butcher, you’ll receive nearly 20 lbs of our 1” inch thick steaks such as Rib Steaks, T-bones, Porterhouse, and Sirloin and Sirloin Tips.

The Eighth Beef package includes approximately 20 pounds of savory cuts from the ‘front and back’ of the animal (typically 3-4 lb cuts) such as chuck roast, bottom round, and stew cubes as well as specialty cuts that may include brisket or short ribs!
