This is the initial deposit. Final amount will be due just before your beef ships out. 

The Quarter Beef package is one of our most popular. It will keep your family of four fed for about 4 months (see infographic below).

With this package you will have your own "freezer" section right at home. This pack requires about 4 to 5 cubic feet of freezer space (see infographic below).  

Also known as a ‘split-half,’ the Quarter Beef package includes cuts from the front and back half of the animal using our standard cut chart.

Working with the standard (and exceptional!) cuts from our craft butcher, you’ll receive nearly 40 lbs of our 1” inch thick steaks including Rib Steaks, T-bones, Porterhouse, Sirloin, and Sirloin Tips.

Approximately 35 pounds of our signature ground beef - packed in convenient 1 lb packages - it's perfect for burgers, tacos, meatloaf, you name it!  The Quarter Beef package also includes 5 packs of preformed, grill-ready hamburger patties!

Small Family?  No matter, the Quarter Beef package includes approximately 40 pounds of savory cuts from the ‘front and back’ of the animal (typically 3-4 lb cuts) such as chuck roast, bottom round, and eye of round as well as specialty cuts such as brisket, or short ribs - perfect for family dinners or party time!
